We are looking for a Collections Technician to manage customer portfolios, ensure payment deadlines are met, and resolve complaints in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer portfolios in a multinational environment;
- Ensuring compliance with payment deadlines;
- Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to subsidiaries;
- Obtaining missing accounting information from customers via phone and email;
- Diplomatically and courteously advocating and asserting subsidiary positions;
- Accurately recording all complaints received by phone or email;
- Monitoring customer accounts;
- Identifying solutions to reported issues;
- Building internal and external contact networks (customers, SSC, and subsidiaries).
What you must bring:
- Completed secondary education (12th grade);
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP;
- Fluent English required (minimum C1 level);
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in collections or similar roles (experience in shared services environments is an advantage);
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting;
- Immediate availability for a schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
What we offer:
- Base salary: €1,200 gross/month;
- Meal allowance: €9.60/day (meal card);
- Hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week working remotely.
