We seek a candidate who will grow within our structure and integrate into a highly qualified team. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * 5–6 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Energy; * Law degree; * Valid professional license issued by the Portuguese Bar Association; * Strong command of English, both spoken and written (elimination criterion); * Advanced user-level computer skills (MS Office and Internet); * International profile; * Adaptability; * Versatility. **CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * An evolving and continuously learning international profile, capable of working in a flexible, collaborative, 3.0, and multidisciplinary environment. * A professional able to generate and share new knowledge, demonstrating sensitivity to business needs and constantly pursuing efficiency and excellence.
