Summary: Seeking an experienced Maintenance professional with strong leadership and technical skills to supervise operations, troubleshoot systems, and optimize maintenance processes. Highlights: 1. Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and robots Candidates must meet the following requirements: * Training in mechanics/electricity/electrical engineering. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electromechanics; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Experience in team management. * Initiative, leadership and negotiation. Proactive, good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team. Reports to the Maintenance Manager and will have as main responsibilities: * Supervise the operation of maintenance work, with regard to the distribution of tasks by the team, and oversee the execution of equipment maintenance work; * Know and apply the procedures of the maintenance sector; * Determine the manufacturing process of spare parts and route them to manufacture; * Analyze the production loss times due to maintenance, utilization, productivity, and labor efficiency, proposing actions for improving these indicators; * Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and robots; * Critically analyze equipment shutdowns for corrective maintenance using this information to improve preventive maintenance.
