Requirements: \- Higher education degree in Optometry or Orthoptics; \- (Preferably) prior experience in optical retail, with a sales orientation / goal achievement focus; \- Enjoyment of public interaction and strong communication/persuasion skills; \- Interpersonal relationship ease / teamwork ability; \- Availability to work shifts typical of shopping centers. Your responsibilities... \- Conducting optometric consultations (preliminary tests to identify non-pathological visual changes and optometric tests using proprietary equipment); \- Customer service, promoting in-store product sales, and clarifying questions regarding, for example, the selection of ophthalmic/contact lenses; \- Support to the workshop; \- Post-sale follow-up to monitor work quality and customer satisfaction; \- Performing other tasks inherent to store management.
