We seek a motivated Junior Development Engineer to join our team and actively participate in designing, prototyping, and implementing new technological solutions. **Your Challenge / Responsibilities:** · **Design and Engineering:** Developing mechanical and electrical solutions using CAD tools, with emphasis on DfM (Design for Manufacturing) and DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) principles. · **Digital Manufacturing & Prototyping:** Operating and implementing components via additive manufacturing (3D printing) and other processes. · **Automation & Robotics:** Programming PLCs/controllers and developing industrial automation solutions. · **Validation & Documentation:** Conducting integration testing, assembling prototypes, and preparing technical documentation supporting product development. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Level 6/7). · **Core Knowledge:** Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD modeling. · **Attitude:** Proactive mindset, autonomy in problem-solving, and strong self-driven curiosity about emerging technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience or interest in Additive Manufacturing (FFF/MSLA 3D printing) · Familiarity with Industrial Automation and controller/PLC programming. · Knowledge of programming languages relevant to system control. · Technical English fluency. **What We Offer:** · Direct Contact with Industry 4.0 Technologies: opportunity to work with an advanced digital manufacturing and automation ecosystem. · Rapid Professional Growth: direct involvement across all project lifecycle phases—from initial concept to final product. · Innovative and Collaborative Environment: a young team focused on knowledge sharing and autonomous development. · Career Progression: tangible prospects for continuous advancement within a rapidly expanding company. **Join Us!** If you are passionate about transforming ideas into real physical products and wish to grow in an environment where technology and innovation go hand in hand, we want to meet you!
