Creation of documentation to optimize processes We are recruiting a Logistics Operator to support warehouse operations, consumables management, office supplies, and non-IT technology. This role involves receiving materials, stock control, warehouse organization, and rigorously updating internal records. **Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and record material inflows and outflows. * Control stock levels of consumables, office supplies, and accessories. * Update internal systems with information on delivered, returned, or missing products. * Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and accessibility. * Assist in the physical movement of materials whenever necessary. * Create simple documentation and operational procedures to facilitate daily work and knowledge transfer. **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles. * Experience in stock control and recordkeeping. * Strong organizational, planning, and deadline-management skills. * Good communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to perform occasional physical work (e.g., moving boxes). * Valid driver's license for light vehicles. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in inventory audits or warehouse reorganization. * Experience with stock recording tools or warehouse management platforms. * Proactivity in process improvement.
