Job Summary: We are seeking independent workers to conduct rides via Uber and Bolt platforms, ensuring quality and safety in passenger transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible working hours 2. Productivity management to optimize earnings **Candidate Profile:** * Fluent in Portuguese * Resident in Portugal (Lisbon) * Independent worker with active activity registered at the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) * Portuguese driving license (Category B) * Valid TVDE certification in Portugal * Availability to work during various shifts **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct rides via Uber and Bolt platforms * Ensure quality and safety in passenger transportation; * Manage productivity, ensuring part of the job is performed during peak-rate hours * Maintain vehicle cleanliness, basic maintenance, and good condition (vehicle provided) * Report any incidents, malfunctions, or accidents **What We Offer:** * 50% of commissions * Performance-based bonuses * Dacia Jogger Essential Eco\-G 120 7-seater (Gasoline and LPG) * Maintenance, insurance, and licenses * Flexible working hours (subject to meeting the agreed minimum) Salary: €1,700.00 \- €2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Flexible schedule Work Location: On-site
