Commitment to Continuous Improvement of production cycles Plásticos Santo António (www.psaplast.com) is recruiting Production Operators (M/F) for its facilities in Leiria, under a rotating 3-shift schedule (starting with the 1st shift on Monday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and ending with the 3rd shift on Saturday from midnight to 8 a.m.). REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 9th grade education; preferably 12th grade; \- Knowledge of the injection process and injection parameters (pressure, speed, temperature, cycle time, etc.); \- Organizational skills and attention to detail; \- Availability to work rotating shifts; \- Commitment to Continuous Improvement, to shorten production cycles and eliminate waste; FUNCTIONS: \- Quality control of produced parts, finishing (trimming flash, assembling components, occasional hot stamping, packaging, palletizing, pallet identification); \- Ensuring machine feeding with raw materials and dyes; \- Identification of material for recycling (rejected parts, sprues or runners), and occasionally performing material recycling and its identification; \- Cleaning of the production area, machines, molds, and other equipment; \- Occasionally: supporting the Hot Stamping, Quality, and other Production-related departments, or assisting Maintenance; WORK LOCATION Plásticos de Santo António, Lda Rua Manuel Simões Maia, 2415\-520 Leiria Interested candidates should send their CV (indicating age, qualifications, any training attended, and previous employers, positions held, and respective dates) to: geral.psaplast@gmail.com Job Type: Full\-time, Temporary
