Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager for Premium Short-Term Rentals to fully manage tourist accommodations, ensuring excellence and profitability while treating each property as if it were their own. Focus on continuous improvement and property profitability We are looking for an Operations Manager for Premium Short-Term Rentals to assume full management of three tourist accommodations, guaranteeing an excellent guest experience and high standards of quality, organization, and profitability. We seek someone we can fully entrust with accommodation operations—from booking through to check\-out—ensuring each property consistently maintains the standards of a true luxury accommodation. Key Responsibilities \* Full management of listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms; \* Management of reservations, calendars, availability, and pricing; \* Communication with guests before, during, and after their stay; \* Coordination and supervision of check\-ins and check\-outs; \* Handling complaints, special requests, and unforeseen situations; \* Management and response to reviews and ratings; \* Supervision of cleaning teams and vendors; \* Conducting regular property inspections; \* Ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort; \* Laundry management, including bed linens, towels, and bathrobes; \* Inventory control and procurement of amenities, consumables, and necessary supplies; \* Coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance needs; \* Management and oversight of external vendors; \* Identification of damages, repair requirements, and opportunities for improvement; \* Supervision of furniture, décor, and equipment condition; \* Continuous enhancement of the guest experience; \* Monitoring of pricing, competition, occupancy rates, and profitability; \* Proposal of strategies to increase occupancy rate, average daily rate, and revenue; \* Preparation of a monthly performance report for the accommodations. Desired Profile \* Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, property management, guest relations, or similar roles; \* Preferably experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or premium accommodations; \* Excellent organizational and planning skills; \* High sense of responsibility and autonomy; \* Strong attention to detail; \* High standards regarding cleanliness and presentation; \* Excellent communication skills; \* Ability to simultaneously manage vendors, guests, and multiple properties; \* Problem-solving orientation; \* Sensitivity to hospitality, interior design, and customer experience; \* Good command of English; \* Proficiency with digital tools and reservation platforms; \* Availability and flexibility compatible with the tourism industry.
