After four months of operation, we are renewing our team to find dynamic professionals who wish to grow with us. Important Note: At Duna Kebab, there are no fixed positions. We are a small team where total versatility is mandatory. We seek someone eager to learn all areas of the business and unafraid to "roll up their sleeves" for any task. Job Responsibilities: Here, everyone does everything The ideal candidate must be agile and capable of constantly switching between roles: * **Kitchen and Food Preparation:** Knife skills for **fast and precise cutting** of vegetables and meats (marinating and daily skewer assembly). * **Customer Service and Operations:** Welcoming customers, order preparation, and counter service. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Rigorous maintenance of all areas (kitchen and dining room). * **Pace Management:** Ability to maintain efficiency and quality under constant pressure in a dynamic environment. Terms and Schedule * **Compensation:** **€1,050 Net** per month (total amount already includes 12th-month allowances for vacation, Christmas, and meal subsidies). * *This is the base entry-level salary.
