The Infrastructure and Facilities Manager ensures the management, maintenance, and optimal operation of the company's entire physical and operational infrastructure, guaranteeing safety, organization, preservation, and functionality of spaces, equipment, and resources.
ROLE:
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, buildings, machinery, equipment, furniture, and other company assets, including IT and technological equipment, in coordination with the IT department and suppliers.
Coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring hygiene, preservation, and organization of workspaces.
Manage procurement, stock, and inventory of office supplies, consumables, cleaning products, equipment, and other resources required for operational continuity.
Manage suppliers and service providers, including reviewing proposals, negotiating terms, and monitoring service delivery.
Oversee construction projects, renovations, and facility interventions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education or professional qualification in Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in infrastructure management or similar roles, preferably within an industrial context.
Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Autonomous, responsible, and highly results-oriented profile.
