Technical responsibility and autonomy in information systems and technologies **Offer Code:**OE202604/0645 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Recruitment Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation **Agency/Service:**Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo **Employment Contract:**Indefinite-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Work Regime:**Special Careers **Career:**Information Systems and Technologies Specialist **Category:**Information Systems and Technologies Specialist **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1920,20 **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**The position is characterized by the performance of specialist functions in information systems and technologies, as stipulated in Decree-Law No. 88/2023, dated 10.10, which establishes the framework for special careers of Information Systems and Technologies Specialists and Information Systems and Technologies Technicians, and the role of Information Systems and Technologies Consultant: consultative, analytical, planning, scheduling, evaluation, and application of best practices, methods, and processes of a technical and/or scientific nature supporting and preparing decision-making in the field of information systems and technologies; independent or team-based preparation of studies and opinions concerning information systems and technologies; management and/or participation in projects related to the development, implementation, or evolution of information systems and technologies; planning, coordination, and execution of management, administration, monitoring, maintenance, training, and user support activities for information systems and technologies, ensuring their proper operation and the security of information processed and stored therein; functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even under qualified higher-level supervision; representation of the agency or service on matters related to information systems and technologies, making technically grounded decisions aligned with higher-level directives or guidelines.
