Job Summary: CENTRUM is recruiting a Stock Planner for the Supply Chain team at the Sines Refinery, focusing on stock management, monitoring, and analysis, with support to procurement and planning. Collaborative work environment CENTRUM is currently recruiting a Stock Planner (M/F) to join its Supply Chain team at the Sines Refinery. **Responsibilities**: * Support stock management and planning; * Monitor stock levels; * Calculate safety stock; * Analyze consumption patterns; * Daily extraction of data from SAP and other systems to support reporting and operational monitoring; * Support procurement and planning processes; * Prepare Excel files for consumption forecasting and purchase requirement planning; * Create, monitor, and update Supply Chain KPIs; * Prepare reports and presentations for internal reporting; * Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders; * Frequent interaction with internal clients; * Provide administrative and analytical support to daily departmental activities. **Profile**: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Spanish knowledge (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of professional experience; * Prior experience in an industrial environment; * Experience or knowledge of SAP or other ERPs; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, and data cross-referencing); * PowerPoint (preparation of presentations for reporting); * Structured, organized, and methodical profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders; **Conditions**: \- Integration into a stable and continuous project; \- Continuous training and initial support; \- Collaborative work environment; \- Attractive remuneration package.
