The selection method will consist of curriculum evaluation and will be complemented by written examinations in Portuguese and English. The selection method will also include psychological assessment and, if applicable, an interview, both of which are eliminatory. Candidates selected for hiring will undergo Psychophysical Fitness Medical Examinations, which are eliminatory.
