Collaborative and quality-oriented work environment Quality Administrator (m/f) \| 9-Month Project **Location:** Agualva\-Cacém Skymedical is seeking a **Quality Administrator** to join a project with an expected duration of **9 months**, focusing on managing and inputting information into platforms of competent health authorities and document management. If you are an organized, methodical person with strong attention to detail, this could be the right opportunity for you. Main Responsibilities: * Input and update information into platforms and systems of competent authorities; * Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency; * Validate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; * Monitor deadlines and ensure timely fulfillment; * Collaborate with the Quality team to support administrative activities of the department. Required Profile: * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Strong sense of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to perform administrative tasks methodically and precisely; * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines; * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; * Ability to quickly learn new IT platforms; * Good teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative roles within Quality departments; * Familiarity with quality management systems or regulatory processes in the healthcare sector; * Knowledge of the medical devices sector or the healthcare field.
