Focus on strong technical capability and ownership **Role Overview** We are looking for an IT Specialist with a strong operational focus and execution capability to join the Mercan Properties team. This role has a direct impact on the business continuity of an organization with 700\+ users, distributed across hotels and different companies within the group. We are looking for someone who combines: * Strong technical capability, * Continuous improvement mindset, * High sense of responsibility and ownership. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide L1/L2 technical support to users in a Microsoft corporate environment, * Ensure stability and performance of the technology landscape (endpoints, identity, and collaboration), * Support technology operations in a multi\-site environment (hotels and offices), * Participate in infrastructure implementation and improvement projects, * Execute and automate recurring administrative tasks, * Coordinate external partners and oversee technical deliverables, * Diagnose and resolve network and authentication incidents, * Contribute to technical documentation and improvement of internal processes. **Experience \& Requirements** * 2–4 years of experience in IT support roles (Infrastructure \& Endpoints), * Practical experience in end\-user troubleshooting (Windows, M365\). * Proven experience with: + Entra ID / Azure AD (identity management, RBAC, Conditional Access), + Microsoft Intune (enrollment, policies, compliance), + Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, basic SharePoint), * Experience with structured user onboarding/offboarding processes, * Experience in environments with multiple entities or locations, * Participation in implementation or technology migration projects. **Technical Skills** **Automation** * PowerShell (intermediate level – mandatory), * Python (preferred). **Endpoint \& Identity Management** * Intune (MDM/MAM), * Entra ID, * Experience with RMM tools. **Networking** * Strong fundamentals of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, * Structured troubleshooting capability. **ITSM** * Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, HaloPSA, or similar, * Understanding of SLAs and incident management. **Systems** * Windows 10/11 (administration), * Basic Linux knowledge, * Virtualization fundamentals (preferred). **Behavioral Profile** * Strong sense of ownership and accountability, * Solution\-oriented mindset, not just reactive problem solving, * Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, * Strong communication skills with non\-technical users, * Collaborative spirit and alignment with a culture of transparency. **Nice to Have** * Experience in hospitality or 24/7 operational environments, * Knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions, * Experience with endpoint hardening, * Microsoft certifications (MD\-102, AZ\-104, or similar). **Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.
