What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Oversee and optimize all infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud environments, ensuring continuous availability and performance; * Manage day\-to\-day IT operations, including platform stability, monitoring, disaster recovery planning, and implementation of security measures; * Lead relationships with service providers, coordinating performance reviews and follow\-up to ensure high service standards; * Guarantee comprehensive process documentation and knowledge sharing through up\-to\-date user manuals. What is required from you? * Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other similar areas in reference schools; * 10\+ years of experience in IT, with solid experience in managing projects and services related to IT infrastructure and communication; * Experience in communications architectures and IT operations; * Good skills in managing teams, sense of responsibility, commitment, as well as ability to communicate clearly; * Knowledge in Spanish will be a plus (written and spoken).
