Job Summary: We are seeking an Inspector to manage water supply and sanitation systems, overseeing construction works, preparing budgets, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance. Continuous development in water supply and sanitation systems management Águas de Paços de Ferreira, S.A., a company of the INDAQUA Group — national leader in the water sector — manages systems for human consumption water supply and wastewater sanitation, and intends to strengthen its team by hiring a professional to perform the role of Inspector. Responsibilities: • Inspect ongoing building and subdivision network construction works to verify compliance with technical requirements • Prepare connection tariff budgets and enter information into the system according to customer requests • Conduct inspections of building installations prior to signing any new contract, verifying installation compliance and alignment with defined rules and applicable legislation • Conduct periodic inspection visits to ongoing Investment Plan works (if applicable), assessing whether progress aligns with established plans • Ensure completion of the inspection report for every site visit • Provide information regarding compliance of constructed networks with approved designs, for issuance of the declaration required for operational license purposes • Support project analysis by providing information on the existence of public networks What we seek? 12th grade education User-level computer skills Knowledge of water and sanitation networks Minimum 1 year of professional experience in inspection/site supervision Organizational commitment Planning and organization Analytical and problem-solving ability Proactivity and initiative Driver’s license (mandatory).
