Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Nurse to join a professional, dynamic, and quality-oriented team, responsible for sample collection, sample organization, client service, and compliance with quality procedures. Stable work environment The Beatriz Godinho Saúde Group is currently expanding its team and seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Nurse (m/f/d) for the Vila Nova de Tazem area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collection of biological samples; * Organization, packaging, and dispatch of samples to the Central Laboratory; * Providing professional and empathetic in-person and telephone client service; * Managing and controlling inventory; * Collaborating in activities related to the Quality Management System, particularly under ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements; * Adhering to technical and quality procedures; * Performing administrative tasks inherent to the role and ensuring maintenance and organization of the workstation. **Desired Profile:** * Higher education qualification in Clinical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or equivalent field / Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related discipline; * Valid registration with the respective Professional Order (where applicable); * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Flexible availability (Monday to Saturday – part-time); * High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and professional rigor; * Strong communication skills, client-focused orientation, and ability to manage conflict situations; * Prior professional experience in Clinical Laboratory Science (preferred). **Conditions:** * Integration into a professional, dynamic, and quality-oriented team; * Stable work environment; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience.
