We are expanding our team with a junior profile to join the billing area in a strategic project related to the management of administrative and financial processes, focusing on issuing and controlling billing documents, accounting accuracy, and supporting customer operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue invoices and credit notes for various group clients; * Monitor billing processes and the respective issuance and validation of documents; * Verify document compliance with procedural, accounting, and tax requirements; * Generate reports related to billing activities; * Contact customers to clarify queries, in coordination with the Customer Management team; * Provide internal support to the Customer Management team and other group departments; * Contribute to process automation, innovation, and simplification; * Perform other administrative tasks inherent to the billing and collections process. **MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or higher education in Accounting, Management, or a related field; * **Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles** (billing or administrative/financial functions); * Proficiency in using computer tools from an end-user perspective; * Experience with or exposure to ERP systems (**SAP ERP, Navision, and Microsoft Office**); * English language proficiency (spoken and written); * Strong organizational, analytical, and priority management skills. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Modern technological environment; * Collaborative team where your opinion matters; * Opportunity to learn and grow; * Projects with real impact in the financial sector.
