**Administrative Assistant HSE (M/F) \- Guimarães**

We are strengthening **Petroassist, Engineering and Services**, located in **Guimarães**, with an **Administrative Assistant HSE** (M/F).
**A typical day for an Administrative Assistant HSE…**
\- Support administrative and operational processes of the HSE team;
\- Document management of the Integrated Management System (IMS);
\- Update safety and environmental databases and indicators;
\- Assist in preparing audits, inspections, and follow-up actions;
\- Schedule and coordinate mandatory Occupational Health and Safety training;
\- Place orders and manage stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other HSE materials;
\- Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigation and reporting;
\- Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and external entities regarding HSE requirements;
\- Manage occupational medicine consultations;
\- Assist in the continuous improvement of quality and safety processes;
\- Control and archive Safety Data Sheets, technical datasheets, certificates, and legal documentation;
\- Comply with company standards and regulations (e.g., Quality, Environment, and OHS).
**What we expect from you?**
\- Secondary education (12th grade) or higher education (preferably in Occupational Safety, Environment, Management, or related fields);
\- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the HSE area.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
\- Team spirit;
\- Strong communication skills and critical thinking;
