Grow within a rapidly expanding European retail brand Fixed-term contract (CDD) Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours 8135\-014 ALMANCIL, Portugal **Our store is recruiting a Multiskilled Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities within the team:** **\- Deliver a unique in-store experience for every customer:** * Warmly welcome each customer * Accompany and retain customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Offer Maisons du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov…) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product and new theme placements to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **\- Contribute actively to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly execute, with managers and the team, action plans to achieve targets * Boost sales and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Embody and promote brand values** * Act as a brand ambassador and representative (e.g., know the company’s projects and share them with customers) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and proximity, join us!
