You will ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers, support team management, and contribute to making the store an inspiring, efficient, and well\-organized space. Here, we value people who like to take action, solve problems, and work as a team \- without excessive manuals or unnecessary bureaucracy. **Your responsibilities:** * Support the Store Manager in the daily leadership of the team, promoting motivation, organization, and focus; * Ensure exceptional customer service, including assisting at the cash register whenever necessary; * Manage the opening and closing of cash registers accurately, responsibly, and with proper control of funds; * Participate in the store's operational management: restocking, organization, merchandising, and quality standards; * Supervise and guide the team in daily tasks and store routines; * Resolve situations promptly, ensuring the store operates efficiently and smoothly; * Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise; * Replace the Store Manager during their absence, ensuring operational continuity; * Contribute to a positive, communicative work environment aligned with NORMAL’s values. **Your qualifications:** * Experience in retail, ideally in supervisory, team lead, or management roles; * Leadership ability with empathy, sense of responsibility, and focus on results; * Organized, autonomous, and detail\-oriented; * Enjoy customer interaction and the dynamics of store operations; * Proactive with a willingness to learn, test new ideas, and grow in your career; * English is an advantage.
