We aim to strengthen our team in Lisbon with a **Payroll and Data Analysis Specialist**, who combines a passion for numbers with the drive to optimize processes and support decision-making. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect, consolidate, and analyze payroll, attendance, recruitment, and HR administrative data, ensuring data quality and integrity; * Develop and maintain HR performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs; * Automate data collection, processing, and dissemination processes to enhance efficiency and digitalization; * Monitor trends and deviations in personnel costs, absenteeism, hiring, and temporary work, proposing improvement actions; * Provide analytical and functional support to HR system users; * Collect, validate, and prepare data required for payroll processing; * Ensure monthly payroll processing, meeting deadlines and complying with applicable legislation; * Perform calculations and validation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related items; * Support the preparation and validation of payroll reports and maps, including related legal and tax obligations; * Prepare and submit mandatory declarations and reports to competent authorities; * Analyze and reconcile payroll discrepancies and inconsistencies, proposing corrective actions and process improvements; * Clarify payroll and remuneration-related matters for employees; * Ensure confidentiality, consistency, and reliability of HR data and reports. * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field; * Experience in payroll and HR data analysis (mandatory); * Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting and data visualization tools; * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll; * Good command of English; * Strong analytical ability, rigor, organization, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Integration into a solid and growing multinational group; * Challenging projects with direct business impact; * Continuous training and career development opportunities; * A dynamic, collaborative, and international work environment. **Ready to take on the challenge?** Send your CV to **m.cardoso@newrest.eu** and help shape the future of Human Resources at Newrest Portugal.
