The RJCE Department of EDP SA, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the power generation center, namely its facilities, systems and equipment, promoting the implementation of policies, plans and procedures aligned with the company’s strategy and ensuring compliance with the established objectives and commitments, while maximizing revenues and minimizing costs, and complying with and enforcing safety and environmental standards, intends to recruit for the Mechanical Maintenance area: What you will do: style\="margin\-bottom:0\.0cm;margin\-top:0\.0px"\- * Interpret diagrams, drawings and technical instructions; * Carry out/supervise the maintenance of mechanical equipment; * Detect, analyze and resolve faults in mechanical equipment; * Collaborate in the management of projects and contracts with functional autonomy; * Prepare work activities and draft intervention reports; * Actively collaborate in the management of internal or external maintenance teams; * Manage tools and spare parts; * Carry out simplified tender processes for the acquisition of equipment; * Perform/participate in work execution activities within their area of expertise, if necessary. Employment type: Full\-Time Contract Work site: In the office Workplace: Central Termoelétrica do Ribatejo What are we looking for: style\="margin\-top:5\.0pt;margin\-bottom:0\.0cm"\- * Education at the 12th grade level, preferably Technological and Professional Courses in Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Fitter/Locksmith, or related fields; * Up to 10 years’ experience in mechanical fields, primarily in industrial maintenance; * Valid driver’s license; * Proficiency in Office tools (mandatory) and SAP (valued); * Knowledge of English (preferred); * Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near the workplace; * Commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality; Collaboration and Networking skills; Problem Solving; Customer Focus; Analytical Ability; Accuracy and Attention to Detail are essential for success in this role.
