Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Define and drive the evolution of Customer Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs; * Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and product features; * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously improve Customer Management capabilities; * Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of customer data while promoting efficient and well\-structured business processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; * Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role; * Experience in Customer Management, CRM, or Customer Data environments; * Ability to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and manage product backlogs; * Experience working with cross\-functional teams and multiple stakeholders; * Knowledge of system integrations and customer data concepts; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills; * Fluency in English.
