Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with strong analytical capabilities to analyze digital ecosystems, extract insights, and master analytics tools and A/B testing. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational culture rooted in transparency and continuous learning What Are We Looking For? * Experience analyzing digital ecosystems and online customer touchpoints, with emphasis on extracting actionable insights; * Strong analytical skills, including data exploration, statistical analysis, data validation, and effective information visualization; * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with full suites of analytics tools across digital platforms; * Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools, particularly Salesforce Interaction Studio or similar experimentation platforms; * Practical experience with Power BI and SQL, both for data manipulation and creation of intuitive, informative dashboards; * Familiarity with Databricks for large-scale data processing and GitHub for version control and collaborative code management; * Hypothesis- and data-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor; * Ability to work autonomously while confidently collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, both business and technical teams.
