Thanks to this, we can affirm that we work every day to shape your future, our future, and the future of our customers’ businesses — a future we have been defining for years alongside our employees, inventing solutions that change how people work, for sustainable performance. **Your Mission:** * Consolidation and analysis of data (contracts, billing, migrations, CRM); * Identification of churn drivers and risk by profile; * Development of predictive churn models; * Segmentation and clustering for large-scale actions (win-back, retention campaigns); * Monitoring of metrics (NRR, churn, reactivation); * Audit of workflows, discounts, and migrations; * Support in preparing commercial and operational reports; * Leverage AI to accelerate analysis. **About You** -------------------- * Experience in commercial data analysis, including contract consolidation, billing, migrations, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), with emphasis on churn and risk identification by profile, preferably in software/technology. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation, dashboard creation, and monitoring of metrics such as NRR, churn, and reactivation. * Skills in predictive modeling and segmentation using SQL, Python, or R for churn models and large-scale retention/win-back campaigns. * Experience auditing workflows and reports, analyzing discounts, migrations, and operational processes for optimization and decision support. * Proficiency in AI and analytical tools, such as machine learning or Tableau, to accelerate analyses and generate actionable insights. * Analytical profile with strong communication skills (fluent Portuguese and English); degree in Statistics/Data Science (Bachelor’s or higher) and certifications in Power BI/Excel are valued. **Our Commitment** -------------------- At Cegid, the **diversity of our talents** is a strength we value, recruiting based on your **skills** and **potential** to learn and grow alongside us.
