Opportunity to deliver real-world transformation We're looking for an **AI Delivery Manager** to join our team in Portugal in a remote working mode. This role requires leading the end\-to\-end delivery of AI and data initiatives, from discovery through production deployment. You will ensure the success of projects spanning Generative AI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement, while managing scope, schedule, quality and budget. The position combines delivery management expertise with a strong understanding of AI, ML and data technologies, offering the opportunity to deliver real\-world transformation using cutting\-edge solutions. **Responsibilities** * Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from initial discovery to production release * Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment with objectives, use cases and expected value * Own project delivery scope, schedule, financials, risks and quality compliance * Lead global, cross\-functional teams and maintain clear communication with client stakeholders * Build and maintain trusted client relationships as the primary delivery contact * Oversee adherence to contracts, risk management processes and reporting requirements * Ensure compliance with legal, ethical and security standards in AI projects * Mentor team members, foster delivery excellence and reinforce engineering best practices **Requirements** * Strong client\-facing skills with proven experience in risk management and stakeholder communication * Minimum 3 years of experience in managing AI/ML projects, including Generative AI and traditional ML solutions (e.g., RAG\-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems) * At least 3 years of prior hands\-on engineering experience (data scientist, ML engineer, data engineer, DevOps or Python engineer) * Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques and data management principles * Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Databricks * Ability to lead cross\-functional, distributed teams in a fast\-paced environment * Experience collaborating closely with solution architects to enforce engineering standards **We offer** * Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills * Variety of projects within one company * Being a part of a project following engineering excellence standards * Individual career path and professional growth opportunities * Internal events and communities * Flexible work hours
