Responsibilities: * Continuous application monitoring using Dynatrace * Performance analysis, incident identification, and root cause analysis * Support for development and operations teams * Configuration and optimization of dashboards, alerts, and metrics * SLA monitoring and production environment support * Proposal of continuous improvements to application observability Essential skills: * Proven experience with Dynatrace (APM, Infrastructure, RUM, Synthetic) * Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments * Understanding of APM, application monitoring, and troubleshooting * Experience with logs, metrics, and tracing * Basic knowledge of networking and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP) * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Team spirit and good communication
