As a multinational company experiencing strong expansion in Southern Europe—particularly in Portugal—we are developing our commercial structure and looking to strengthen our sales team in the **Viseu** region. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Acquire new customers; * Conduct commercial visits to present our security services; * Install alarm systems (after specific training). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong communication skills and ambition; * Commercial experience and customer service background are valued; * Valid driver's license **(mandatory)**; * Personal vehicle required during the initial phase **(mandatory)**; * Residence within a 25 km radius of Viseu **(mandatory).** **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of €1037.34 + €259.34 (flexible working hours allowance) + €108.05 holiday allowance + €86.44 Christmas allowance (fixed monthly remuneration of €1491.17); * Meal allowance of €8.50; * Attractive commissions (uncapped); * Performance bonus; * Fuel allowance (Galp Fleet Card); * Permanent employment contract (full-time); * Training and ongoing support; * Career progression (you could become the next Team Leader); * Company vehicle (after certification); * Working hours from Monday to Friday.
