WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be the link between our product and the customers who use it daily. Your work has a direct impact on the operational success of hotels and tourism establishments — from initial training to ongoing support. * Implementation of Newhotel solutions for new customers * In-person and remote training for users and teams * Advanced technical and functional support * Process analysis and operational consulting for customers * Software configuration and parameterization * Project documentation and intervention reports * Internal coordination with development and product teams * Oversight of integration and migration projects THE PROFILE WE SEEK There is no single ideal profile — we value diverse educational backgrounds.
