Therefore, we seek collaborative, responsible, adaptable professionals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences. **About the Role** ------------------ As Floor Supervisor, you will play an essential role in the daily coordination of the Housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and other hotel areas meet Canaan Hub's defined standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Working directly with the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for organizing team tasks, overseeing operations, and ensuring each room is prepared to welcome our guests. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Assign and monitor daily Housekeeping team tasks. * Supervise and inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas. * Ensure compliance with cleaning, presentation, and hygiene standards. * Support, guide, and motivate the team during operations. * Manage linens, amenities, cleaning products, and required materials. * Report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the relevant departments. * Coordinate priorities with Reception, including arrivals, departures, and special requests. * Support the onboarding and training of new team members. * Substitute for the Executive Housekeeper during absences. * Actively participate in the hotel's pre\-opening phase. **Ideal Candidate Profile** --------------------- * Previous experience as Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role. * Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills. * Keen attention to detail and quality orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. * Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and positive attitude. * Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is an asset. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems or Housekeeping applications is an asset. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Opportunity to participate in the opening of an innovative hotel project. * Permanent employment contract. * Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * Multicultural, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Chance to actively contribute to establishing Canaan Hub's Housekeeping standards and culture.
