We are a tasting-menu restaurant where the customer experience lies at the heart of everything we do. We seek someone with a passion for hospitality, solid wine knowledge, and the desire to deliver outstanding service in a sophisticated yet relaxed environment. What we seek: * Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of wines and wine-producing regions, with the ability to advise customers throughout the tasting menu. * Experience in high-quality or fine-dining restaurants. * Fluency in Portuguese and English. * Leadership spirit, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Enjoyment of working in a small team where everyone contributes to service success.
