Job Summary: Thermotelha is seeking a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to strengthen its team in the Loures area, focusing on the development and monitoring of health and safety plans, management of non-conformities, and implementation of continuous improvements. Thermotelha, a leading company in asbestos removal and industrial and logistics roof rehabilitation, is expanding its team by hiring a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician for the Loures area. Job Description: \- Development of Health and Safety Plans for various construction projects; \- Preparation of authorization procedures with the Authority for Working Conditions; \- On-site health and safety monitoring; \- Recording of non-conformities and implementation of preventive/corrective measures; \- Development and implementation of occupational health and safety continuous improvement procedures and practices; \- Conducting worker awareness sessions whenever necessary; \- Issuing waste tracking documents; \- Managing and monitoring occupational health and safety training plans. Profile: \- Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP) for Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician; \- CAP for Trainer (preferred); \- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; \- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); \- Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation; \- Valid passenger car driving license; \- Immediate availability. Conditions: \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00; \- Employment contract with the prospect of future integration into the company's permanent staff; \- Salary commensurate with the role and experience; \- Company mobile phone and laptop; \- Opportunity to join an experienced and well-established technical team in the market.
