We are recruiting a **Human Resources Manager (M/F)** to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Recruitment and Selection: Drafting and publishing job offers, conducting interviews, and managing the entire process.
* Onboarding: Integrating and supporting new employees.
* Administrative Management: Liaising with Social Security, insurance providers, and occupational health services; drafting employment contracts, addendums, and handling other administrative procedures.
* Payroll Processing and Attendance Management: Managing time-tracking software, monitoring attendance, holidays, absences, and leave; calculating employee costs; and resolving administrative and labor-related issues.
* Organizing training sessions.
* People Management: Acting as mediator between employees and the company, identifying needs, and supporting the definition of HR solutions.
* Offboarding: Comprehensive support throughout contract termination processes.
**Required Profile:**
* Professional or higher education degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, or related fields, or proven professional experience in Human Resources;
* Prior experience in generalist HR roles, with the ability to independently manage various aspects of people management;
* Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and HR administrative procedures;
* Experience in recruitment and selection, from defining job profiles to supporting new employee integration;
* Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and situations simultaneously;
* English – B2 level;
* Spanish – basic knowledge;
* Valid driver's license (mandatory);

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
