We seek a professional with strong analytical skills, business orientation, and experience in corporate law, capable of providing cross-functional legal advice and supporting various organizational departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
--------------------------------
* Provide legal advice to various company departments.
* Draft legal opinions and manage contentious, pre-contentious, and administrative offense proceedings.
* Draft, negotiate, and review commercial, civil, and administrative contracts.
* Ensure legal oversight of licensing procedures and relations with public authorities.
* Provide legal support for investment, expansion, and corporate development projects.
* Manage processes related to real estate assets and easements.
* Ensure compliance with corporate obligations and respective registrations.
* Support matters related to compliance, data protection, risk management, and governance.
* Participate in identifying and mitigating legal risks to the business.
* Collaborate with external lawyers as needed.
**We seek professionals with:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Active membership in the Portuguese Bar Association.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
* Experience in Corporate and Contract Law.
* Experience in Real Estate Law.
* Knowledge of Urban Planning and Licensing Law.
* Administrative and Environmental Law knowledge is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR).
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver’s license.
