A young, dynamic, and inspiring work environment Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. The main responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in order receiving, picking, and dispatch processes, as well as supporting the team in achieving operational goals. ROLE Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the operations team; Ensure proper preparation and management of shipping documents; Oversee order receipt, verification, organization, and distribution; Verify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Support in setting priorities and resolving operational issues; Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of operations. REQUIREMENTS Minimum high school diploma (12th grade); Basic computer literacy; Elementary English knowledge; Prior experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or related roles (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Efficiency in task execution and high operational capability; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and leadership.
