We are looking for someone to assume the role of Dining Room Manager, leading a small team and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. What we are looking for: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry and dining room service. Experience in team coordination or management. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent appearance and communication skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage. Warm, professional, and customer-oriented personality. Desire to grow and contribute to the project’s evolution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily dining room service. Lead and support a small team. Ensure high standards of service and hospitality. Manage reservations and ensure a memorable experience for customers. Collaborate with the kitchen to guarantee smooth and efficient service. We Offer: Full-time employment contract. Integration into an independent and growing restaurant. Fixed days off: Monday and Tuesday. Schedule \- Seasonal Regime July to September The restaurant is closed only on Mondays. Lunch service on Saturdays and Sundays. Period of highest operational intensity. October to March Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday. Reduced work pace.\_ Due to the additional effort required during summer months, the company provides approximately two months of paid vacation during the winter period.
