With offices in Gouveia, Porto, and Salamanca, we serve national and international clients across demanding sectors such as legal, financial, technical, and pharmaceutical. *We are looking for someone who wants to be the gravitational center of multilingual projects: a person who knows how to coordinate, anticipate, and decide — and who finds genuine satisfaction in delivering a project successfully.* **Key Responsibilities** – Manage translation and localization projects end-to-end, from client briefing to final certified delivery. – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive follow-up and clear communication at every stage. – Plan timelines, allocate linguistic resources, and keep all stakeholders (clients, translators, and reviewers) aligned. – Select the most suitable translator and reviewer profiles for each project, based on technical domain and language pair. – Ensure terminological accuracy and stylistic consistency using CAT tools and Grupo’s translation memories. – Use project management platforms to monitor deadlines, costs, and vendor performance. – Proactively identify risks and make timely decisions. – Contribute to improving internal processes by proposing more efficient and automated workflows. **Ideal Candidate Profile** – Degree in Translation, Languages, Communication, Management, or a related field. – Prior experience in managing translation or language service projects is preferred. – Fluent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of a third language. – Hands-on experience with CAT tools — Trados Studio, memoQ, Wordfast, or equivalent (essential requirement). – Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strict control over deadlines and budgets. – Excellent communication, assertiveness, and expectation management skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders. – Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working amid ambiguity and at pace. **Additional Assets** – Experience working with international clients or in multicultural environments. – Familiarity with technical terminology in legal, financial, medical, or engineering fields. – Genuine interest in technology applied to translation (AI, automation, system integration). – Experience with linguistic project management platforms. **What We Offer** – Integration into an experienced team fostering a culture of rigor and growing autonomy. – Impactful projects serving national and international clients across highly demanding sectors. – Continuous training in tools, methodologies, and technical domains, fully funded by Grupo Audita. – Clear career progression path aligned with individual performance and assumed responsibilities. – On-site work location in Gouveia (preferred) or Porto, subject to candidate profile and mutual agreement. **Practical Details** Location: Gouveia (preferred) or Porto Type: Full\-time · On-site **How to Apply** If this profile resonates with you, please send us: – An updated CV – A cover letter — tell us why you want to join Grupo Audita and what kind of projects you would like to lead. **rh@grupoaudita.pt** · Subject: **Application – Project Manager \| Translation – Ref.
