Your Mission as an Operations Planner: Ensure daily planning and monitoring of operations, guaranteeing proper order management, allocation of services to operational teams, and adherence to defined priorities and service levels. You will also serve as a liaison between Operations, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders, contributing to efficient execution and resolution of day-to-day issues.
To whom you will report: Operations Planning Manager
Location: Maia
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize daily operational activities according to defined priorities and operational needs;
* Manage and update orders and work orders in SAP/CRM systems;
* Allocate services to operational teams, ensuring correct prioritization of interventions;
* Monitor service execution and identify deviations or situations that may impact operations;
* Monitor key operational indicators, notably service levels, lead times, and workload;
* Analyze and validate commercial orders according to defined criteria and guidelines;
* Support resolution of day-to-day problems and situations faced by operational teams;
* Ensure accurate recording of performed activities and information required for operational management;
* Prepare and update supporting information for operational monitoring and management;
* Contribute to improvement of processes and tools used by the team.
We want you to bring:
* Completed secondary education (12th grade);
* Professional experience in Operations, Logistics, Planning, or related areas (preferred);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
* Ease of use with computer systems;
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
* Dynamism, sense of responsibility, and adaptability;
* User-level knowledge of SAP/CRM (preferred);
* Willingness to learn and develop new competencies;
* Valid legal documents required to perform subordinate work in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion criterion).
