We are looking for a **Maintenance Operator II** for our **Almeirim** site. Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** As part of the Maintenance Department at the Almeirim Industrial Unit, the employee will assume the following responsibilities: * Perform scheduled periodic maintenance in accordance with work orders and the maintenance plan; * Carry out repairs arising from the production process to ensure line efficiency; * Conduct assembly and modifications to electrical installations and equipment; * Contribute to and suggest continuous improvements for optimizing electrical/mechanical installations, equipment, and facilities; * Analyze and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and technical drawings to resolve potential issues and ensure proper operation of installations and equipment, while complying with rules and procedures; * Perform analysis/diagnosis during maintenance interventions for control and execution of service requests, as well as for preparing intervention reports. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Technical Professional Course in Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance and/or 12th grade; * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in the industrial sector; * Knowledge of technical drawing (preferred); * Knowledge of Mechatronic Systems (preferred); * User-level computer skills; * Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and strong analytical capacity; * Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal/communication skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
