In this context, and to reinforce our team, we are seeking a Logistics/Administrative Operations Assistant who will report directly to our Operations Manager. **Responsibilities:** Track the status of deliveries and shipments; Communicate with suppliers, customers, logistics carriers, and internal teams; Support inventory control and identify potential inventory discrepancies; Identify suppliers best suited to the required service/product. Manage delivery deadlines and conditions, as well as resolve any incidents (e.g., late deliveries, damages, etc.); Participate in annual price negotiations with suppliers for the procurement of parts and consumables. **Profile:** Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel/Numbers; Advanced written and spoken English skills; Analytical ability and critical thinking; Knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques; Inventory management knowledge; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Ability to respond effectively under stress and pressure; Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute break); 100% on-site work at our office in Madalena – Vila Nova de Gaia.
