Then this opportunity is for you!** We are currently recruiting for the Ageas Portugal division: **Innovation Consultant (m/f/d)** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading internal innovation projects and collaborative initiatives with external entities, making strategic decisions, managing stakeholders, anticipating risks, and removing bottlenecks; * Identifying business needs and new opportunities among Customers, Partners, and Collaborators; * Managing the implementation of proofs of concept and pilots for new products and services to be deployed across the Ageas Portugal Group, including defining, monitoring, and evaluating metrics and KPIs; * Conducting impact assessments and prioritization exercises, evaluating business value versus implementation effort, and challenging current solutions and processes; * Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieving expected outcomes; * Preparing structured progress updates for senior management, ensuring clear visibility on achievements, risks, and next steps. **Who we are looking for:** * A solid academic background in Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent. * At least 3 years of experience in consulting, innovation, transformation, project management, or similar roles; * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to structure information, conduct impact assessments, carry out research and benchmarking, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data; * Ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and dashboards for diverse audiences, including senior management; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in multifunctional environments; * Curiosity, creativity, and proactivity, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic and evolving context; * Proficiency in English and in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential; * Additional assets for this role include: project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, etc.), knowledge of design thinking and other innovation or transformation frameworks, and experience working with startups. **How to apply:** Are you the person we’re looking for?
