Executive Housekeeper Sought – 5-Star Hotel (City Center/Lisbon) We are recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping team of our 5-star boutique hotel. We seek a candidate passionate about delivering exceptional service, with strong leadership skills and rigorous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Management and Leadership: Direct, motivate, and manage the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment. Quality Standards: Ensure strict adherence to 5-star cleaning, sanitation, and presentation standards across all hotel areas (guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas). Operational Management: Prepare staff schedules, manage shift rosters, and coordinate daily tasks according to hotel occupancy rates. Cost and Inventory Control: Monitor inventory of uniforms, linens, cleaning supplies, amenities, and minibar items, optimizing resources and budgets. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure efficient workflow and prompt resolution of equipment malfunctions or special guest requests. Training: Promote continuous team training on luxury service standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Desired Profile: Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in similar roles within 5-star hotels or boutique properties (mandatory requirement). Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an advantage). Personal Skills: Strong organizational ability, exceptional attention to detail, and excellence in interpersonal relations. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and work effectively under pressure.
