Requirements: * Knowledge of **Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Networking**; * Experience in **hardware maintenance and replacement** (printers, laptops, and switching equipment); * Familiarity with **ticket management tools** (preferably **ServiceNow**); * Good command of English; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of responsibility and punctuality; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
