We produce large-scale projects for light festivals, UNESCO heritage sites, and events across cities worldwide. We are looking for someone passionate about production, with impeccable organizational skills and enthusiasm for working on unique projects. Main Responsibilities Production and supervision of events, installations, and multimedia shows Team management Logistical planning (setup, teardown, transportation, equipment) Communication with clients, suppliers, and partners Monitoring schedules, budgets, and technical requirements Supporting the creative team in project execution Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in event production (minimum 2 years) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel nationally/internationally Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid Class B driver’s license Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) Additional Assets Experience in cultural events and festivals Technical knowledge of lighting, sound, video, or structures Experience in video mapping or immersive installation production What We Offer Integration into an internationally awarded creative team Participation in high-impact projects with global visibility A dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work environment Opportunity for professional growth \_ **Application:** Send your CV and a brief description via email with the subject line “Event Producer”
