Job Description We are seeking a Commercial BackOffice professional to join our team, with a focus on sales. This professional will be responsible for order management, ranging from customer support to order registration and incident handling. \- Management of customer and contact databases \- Entry of customer orders into ERP system \- Confirmation of orders to customers \- Margin and pricing control \- Commercial support to customers \- Handling of order-related incidents \- Administrative support to sales technicians Profile \- Interest in commercial/sales activities and customer service/support \- Negotiation skills and results orientation \- High level of organization and autonomy \- Solid mathematical and Excel skills \- Team spirit and strong communication skills \- Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is an advantage) \- Prior experience with ERP systems, preferably PHC, is preferred Competencies \- Time management \- Teamwork \- Negotiation ability \- Persuasion APPLICATIONS: rh@orcopom.com Type of position: Full-time
