Contribute significantly to strategic direction and long-term planning The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will take ownership of the initiation, planning, implementation, and completion of strategic initiatives essential to the organisation. This role involves active coordination with multiple internal departments, as well as collaboration with external consultants and partners when required. ROLE: Identify, assess, and resolve high\-level cross\-departmental challenges impacting the business; Oversee the end\-to\-end management of strategic projects, from planning through to final delivery; Work in close partnership with department heads and executive leadership to ensure strategic consistency; Generate data\-driven insights to support strategic decision\-making and strategy development; Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation successfully; Contribute significantly to the organisation’s strategic direction and long\-term planning. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA highly valued); Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, or business strategy; Strong strategic and analytical thinking with proven analytical capabilities; Ability to operate in a high\-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects; Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and across teams.
