Responsibilities: * Manage small projects, track progress, and coordinate activities with team members. * Assist in scheduling tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. * Track activities against the project schedule. * Support the definition of project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. * Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks. * Take accountability for the definition, approach, facilitation, and successful delivery of medium\-scale projects with diverse scope. * Agree on the project approach with stakeholders and prepare and maintain realistic project plans. * Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans. * Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed cost and timeline. * Track resources and ensure deliverables are met according to plan. * Perform regular status reviews and ensure deliverables meet required quality standards. * Conduct lessons learned sessions. * Manage issues impacting the delivery of projects.
